The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) is seeking a visionary and compassionate leader to serve as Assistant Commissioner of Developmental Services. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities across Virginia. As a key member of the Community Services leadership team, this position drives strategic initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and champions person-centered care across all community-based services. This position is required to be in Central Office four days per week and requires statewide travel.
